The preservation of wine has always been a complex subject. While wines are often stored in natural cellars, specialists agree that these rarely provide the ideal conditions for proper aging. To allow wine to mature beautifully, it is essential to recreate optimal environmental conditions. At Avintage Sur Mesure, our advanced systems replicate the perfect parameters to preserve or serve your wines at their ideal tasting temperature.

At Avintage Sur Mesure, the finishing possibilities for our wine cellars are endless. All our structures are crafted from wood — the most suitable material for wine preservation. The finish is entirely up to you: raw, painted, or fully clad, so you can choose the option that harmonizes perfectly with your interior design.

Accessories include hinges, handles, and lighting elements. Door construction can be done in two ways: surface-mounted doors with visible hinges and latch closure, or full door blocks with concealed hinges and integrated grip. Finishes are fully customizable — mirror-polished stainless steel, satin, painted, and more. Each wine cellar is equipped with a key-lock system to ensure the security of your bottles.
Lighting is always an integral part of the project. It can be designed using ceiling spotlights or light strips, but it is always UV-free LED lighting, generally in warm white. In certain configurations, backlighting behind the bottles is available as an option, particularly on inclined and Collection shelves.
