The made-to-measure wine cellar for the La Mainaz hotel-restaurant in the prestige range can hold up to 192 bottles.
It was designed to blend seamlessly into the entrance area leading to the restaurant. The cellar was finished in mirror-polished stainless steel, giving it an elegant, modern look. The transverse display shelves, latches and hinges are also in chrome. It has two temperature zones, with a divider in the middle of the cellar for optimum temperature management. The cellar also has three glazed sides, giving a panoramic view of the bottles.
The cellar was designed by the Cartro agency and the photographs are by Mainaz.
