In 1994, Avintage Sur Mesure was born out of the meeting of an idea – to create scenarios for wine and offer it the most beautiful settings – and a woman, Sylvie Ternois, with 10 years’ international experience behind her.
Our mission
Since its creation, Avintage Sur Mesure’s aim has been to win over customers by making the wine cellar an essential element in the décor of a restaurant or interior.
In 2024, the name change from Provintech to Avintage Sur Mesure represented a strategic move for the Frio Group, merging two complementary high-end skills under a single brand. The aim: to mobilise talent, know-how and creativity to bring Avintage Sur Mesure to work with the big names in architecture and design to innovate and offer customised solutions that are aesthetically pleasing, reliable and of the highest quality.
From initial contact to final installation, Avintage Sur Mesure ensures that you have a single point of contact who will be able to advise you and bring your project to a successful conclusion.
Our expertise
Each project is tailor-made to suit your needs and the space available, including the refrigeration section.
Structure, fittings, decor – everything is created to order and handcrafted. Avintage Sur Mesure technology, which is subject to constant research, offers every solution for air, water, integrated or remote units. No technical components are visible.
Avintage Sur Mesure works with a diverse and prestigious clientele: private individuals, restaurants, hotels, architects and designers.
In fact, the company is behind wine cellar installations in the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel, Pullman Paris Montparnasse and Pullman Brussels Centre Midi hotels.

I’m very happy to be taking over from Sylvie, who has created and promoted Avintage Sur Mesure’s values over all these years with architects and prestigious customers.
Avintage Sur Mesure has a great, close-knit team that is as technical as it is commercial and administrative. We are a small team and can rely on each other.
We are constantly training and developing our staff. The team is very willing to go abroad to work on our projects, including a prestigious project in Morocco: La Mamounia.
