The bespoke 450-bottle wine cellar for La Mascotte restaurant is a magnificent creation in the prestige range, finished in mirror-polished stainless steel.
It has been integrated into the restaurant’s corridor with the same finish as the rest of the establishment for perfect visual harmony. The cellar has three temperature zones, three doors and a glass front for elegant bottle presentation. The storage shelves are also sliding, offering great flexibility for bottle storage. The structure of the cellar is finished in oak and stainless steel, combining modernity and tradition.
The whole was designed and built by Chaleaux Architectures, with impeccable finishes for a refined aesthetic. Photographs of the cellar were taken by Olivier Rolfe.
