The creation of a bespoke 144-bottle wine cellar for the Villa Haussmann restaurant in the prestige range is a real architectural feat.
The aim was to create a cellar at the entrance to the villa, in the area accessible to customers, using the existing layout and leaning on the room’s central post. The made-to-measure cellar was finished in black stainless steel and designed with two storage temperature zones. The cellar unit is off-set and the cellar has transverse display shelves with a chrome finish. With a total of three glass sides, it showcases bottles of wine while creating an elegant ambience.
The design of this made-to-measure wine cellar was entrusted to Avintage Sur Mesure and the photograph was taken by Olivier Rolfe.
