Avintage sur Mesure designs an exceptional wine cellar for the Hôtel Isle de Leos – MGallery Collection

On the occasion of the opening of the new Hôtel Isle de Leos – MGallery Collection, inaugurated this summer in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue by Patrick Bruel, Avintage Sur Mesure had the honor of designing and installing a spectacular glass wine cellar, conceived as a true jewel dedicated to wine.

A bespoke creation at the heart of the hotel’s living space

Designed as an elegant and immersive living space, this corner glass cellar, measuring 3.80 m x 3.20 m, can house up to 434 bottles. Located at the very heart of the bar and restaurant, it stands as a central feature of the guest experience.

More than a storage area, the cellar becomes an invitation to discover, select, and taste the fine wines it holds, in perfect harmony with the atmosphere of the hotel.

An ambitious project, blending technical expertise and refinement

Behind its pure, minimalist lines lies a highly demanding technical achievement.
The cellar is equipped with a multi-zone system allowing both red and white wines to be stored at differentiated temperatures.
Its design combines transparency and discreet staging: three-metre-high glass panels, manganese-finish metal structure, and integrated LED backlighting on the shelves.

The project was carried out in collaboration with the Jean-Philippe Nuel Studio, a world-renowned name in architecture and hospitality design, and a long-standing partner of Avintage Sur Mesure on other prestigious projects.

A wine cellar named “Augusta”

Deeply involved in the creation of his hotel, Patrick Bruel personally followed the development of this cellar, which he chose to name “Augusta” as a tribute to his mother.
A symbol of emotion and transmission, this name reflects the mission of Avintage Sur Mesure: to create unique wine cellars that embody the soul of a place and enhance its identity.
