This bespoke cellar was created specifically for the Novotel Paris, Porte de Versailles. It is glazed on 3 sides (front, left and rear). It is part of Provintech’s Prestige range.

The cellar has 2 separate temperatures for serving whites and reds. A total of 216 vintages are displayed on sloping shelves. The unit is located in a technical room.
