This project was carried out for the Les Cocottes restaurant run by the famous Michelin-starred chef Christian Constant, located in the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe hotel.
The main objective was to create a bespoke cellar by integrating the existing posts into the restaurant’s interior, allowing the bottles of wine to be showcased before the eyes of all the customers. The cellar was designed to store 108 bottles of wine. The display shelves are angled and finished in chrome for added shine, with mirror-polished stainless steel finishes. The cellar has a single temperature for wine storage and a glass front.
The design was created by Luis Aleluia and the photographs were taken by Olivier Rolfe.
