The Beef & Co restaurant in Metz wanted to integrate a wine cellar into its interior without losing any space. During the design phase, Avintage Sur Mesure naturally decided to integrate the made-to-measure cellar into the central wall in the reception room. Glazed from the front and the back, it is visible to all customers and makes the two rooms interconnected.
Sloping shelves house 150 vintages. This cellar from the Cellithèque range has been designed in stainless steel.
